Lately, I’ve been asked to join my girlfriends at the gym and because I am such an avid fan, they are surprised when I say no to Sundays!
It is OK to give your body a rest. Sunday is my day. If you find yourself there 5 to 7 days a week, are a healthy eater, and have one cheat day . . . I say why not!
